This years carnival parade will take up the streets of Royal Leamington Spa on Saturday 13th July 2019 from 12pm.

Terms of entry for floats.

  • Each float must have at least 4 adult marshals. A hi-viz vest will be given out on the day with collecting tins.

  • Suitable side safety guards should be securely in place to prevent falling (we can provide this for you)

  • Anyone believed to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or are acting irresponsibly, will be asked to leave.

  • All money collected must be handed in at the specified location. To be confirmed by our committee on the day (usually at the finish point).

  • A cheque for your amount raised will be posted to your address on the entry form.

  • An email notification will be sent with details of the event, times, locations and requirements.

  • Cancelled floats on, or after, Friday 14th June 2019 will be charged a £395.00 fee to cover the cost of the lorry. Cancellation must be made in writing to the committee.
